School Director Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

Professor and school director Naim Kapucu is the 2018 recipient of the Fred Riggs Award for Lifetime Achievement in International and Comparative Public Administration. Kapucu was nominated for the award by seven different scholars in the field and he was unanimously selected as the winner by the award committee. The Fred Riggs Award was established in 1985 by the American Society for Public Administration’s Section on International and Comparative Administration. Past recipients include Evan Berman, a former School of Public Administration faculty member, who was bestowed with the award in 2015.
