At the UCF School of Public Administration, we are dedicated to providing a quality education to undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in pursuing careers in nonprofit management, urban and regional planning, research administration, emergency management, and public administration. We strive to create a brighter future for our students so that they, in turn, can better serve the community.
The Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning program has been granted accreditation by the Planning Accreditation Board for seven years, effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2025. It was the first time the program sought accreditation. “As the Program has an exemplary record, the accreditation period granted is the longest term possible under current PAB rules,” the board wrote to Program Director Christopher Hawkins.
