Book on State’s Climate Features Research from SPA Faculty


The Florida Institute just published the book “Florida’s Climate,” featuring chapters from SPA faculty. The book provides a review of the research on Florida’s climate, including climate benchmarks, climate predictions and the impact of climate change.

More than 90 researchers from Florida wrote chapters for the book, including Associate Professors Claire Knox and Chris Emrich, who co-authored “Human Dimensions and Communication of Florida’s Climate.” Emrich also co-authored the chapter “Climate and Weather Extremes.”
