CHERYL EVANS GREEN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

  • Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the University.
  • Preference for undergraduate student enrolled in the College of Health and Public Affairs, or students with a minor in African American Studies or students in the Black Faculty and Staff Association Legacy Mentoring Program.
  • Must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 overall.

  • Must have completed 90 semester hours and be classified a senior enrolled in the College of Health and Public Affairs

  • Must be enrolled as a full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate student majoring in criminal justice

  • Financial need given preference as determined by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for 2010-2011
  • Must provide a 250-word narrative describing his/her plan for a career in the security profession, including degrees and/or professional development courses, applicable memberships and specific areas of interest

CAROL J. BARR ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP

  • Must be enrolled as full-time or part-time undergraduate student, entering their senior year, in the health information management program
  • Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for 2011-2012
  • Must have a minimum overall 2.8 GPA and overall 3.3 HPA in health information management course work
