• Learn about alumnus Charlie Mesloh's (Public Affairs, Criminal Justice Specialization, '02) work in an October, 7, 2006, news story published on naplesnews.com:
"Weapons 101: FGCU institute stands alone as only tester, developer of nonlethal firepower."

“Within days of graduation, I was offered a position
as an assistant professor at Florida Gulf Coast
University. I’m pursuing my interests in teaching and
research on lethal weapons analysis. This
opportunity was only made possible by the training
and education I received at UCF and the contacts I
made as a graduate student.”
