Association of Fundraising Professionals

The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP)at the University of Central Florida promotes philanthropy and fosters the growth and development of students through advocacy, research, and education. Students from various areas of study are able to have a hands-on experience and networking in the fundraising field.

Students involved in this organization have access to the International AFP that includes top fundraising professionals from around the world. Activities include attending philanthropy conferences, attending award ceremonies for top fundraisers in the area, inviting guest speakers for meetings, and organizing local fundraising efforts. This University of Central Florida Chapter is one of the few but growing collegiate chapters of the International Association of Fundraising Professionals.
