Equipment

We have several pieces of equipment that can be checked out by authorized members of the College of Health and Public Affairs. Reference the list of equipment and their descriptions below, and then place your request to reserve your equipment selection.

Equipment Name
Description
Dukane high-intensity overhead projector
Primarily for use with the Proxima LCD panel. Has a higher intensity output than the overhead projectors currently in most classrooms.
ELMO visual presenter
Portable unit for displaying books and objects on television or video screens. Unit has a camera with adjustable focus and lighting. Requires RCA video input jack on television or video display device.
Portable slide/projector stand
Portable stand with removable (screw-threaded) legs. Ideal for placing projector at the front or middle of a room or else where there is no flat surface available.
Portable presentation screens (one large and one medium screen available)
Each presentation screen has a built-in stand for quick setup. Ideal for use with a Tip and Go multimedia cart or a separate Sharp projector. ISAT recommends that you come in to see how the screen is set up before you check it out.
"Tip-n-Go" multimedia carts
A number of carts contain portable Sharp high intensity projectors. Others contain portable projectors as well as a multimedia laptop for mobile presentations. Tip-n-go carts do not contain VCR's or laser disc players. Tip-n-go carts are highly portable and are ideal for presentations in remote locations.
