The Instructional Support and Technology (ISAT) department in the College of Health and Public Affairs was founded in 1994 to provide reliable and relative technology, training and support to faculty and staff members.

Services
ISAT maintains servers for College Internet and Intranet sites, Laserfiche, Exchange and SQL databases. We support multimedia classrooms, lab computers and faculty and staff computers. Computer-related training is also provided along with advice on the purchase of technology.

Portable multimedia equipment, such as laptop computers and projectors, is available upon request by calling 407-823-0112 or visiting our office in HPA I - 105.

GroupWise
ISAT does not maintain or control the University's mail server (Groupwise), however, we are able to provide limited training and answer basic questions related to using the Groupwise mail client. For password retrieval or other email issues, please contact the University helpdesk 407-823-5117.

Passwords
If you forget your COHPA computer login password please click on the link at left, "Password Reset", and follow the instructions to reset it. ISAT does not have access to your password and will not be able to retrieve it for you if you forget it.
