Case Management Certificate Program

How to Apply

Eligibility Requirements
Individuals must be working in the field of case management and/or performing case management activities. Each applicant must submit an application (see below) and letter of support from her/his supervisor.

Registrants The maximum number of registrants is 25. If an insufficient number of applications are received by the application deadline, the program will be rescheduled.

Selection Procedures
All application packets will be reviewed by the UCF Case Management Applicant Review Committee. The committee's goal will be to create a diverse class based on applicants' experience, geography and discipline. Applications will be reviewed and selection will be based on the following:
  • Currently employment in the field of case management and/or performance of case management activities
  • Completed application packet
  • Statement of commitment
  • Letter of support and commitment from supervisor

Contact Hours The Center for Community Partnerships will consider provision of contact hours for the following disciplines: Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and Nursing based on enrollment statistics.

Dates and Location The 40-hour course will meet on five consecutive Fridays (beginning on September 5th through October 3rd) and will be held at the UCF South Orlando Campus, Orlando Central Park, 7300 Lake Ellenor Drive.

Scholarship and Financial Responsibility The fee for the 40 hour course is $400.00. Applicants accepted into the course will receive a $200.00 scholarship. Participants will be invoiced the remaining $200.00 when notified of acceptance in the certification program.
