“Assessment of Adaptive Teaching Modules in Online Student Learning Outcomes,” a paper presented by David Segal, assistant professor of cardiopulmonary sciences, at the Teaching and Learning Conference was voted “best paper” for the conference. The annual conference was held in Orlando in December 2005 and included attendees from 42 countries presenting work on a variety of topics related the teaching. Segal’s award-winning paper will be published in a future issue of The Journal of College Teaching and Learning.
